Business Operations & Accounting Support
- Enter customer orders into internal databases and update associated financial data
- Invoice customers and manage Accounts Receivable, including collections
- Record vendor bills and process payments
- Assist with general accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including month-end close support
- Work with QuickBooks Online, an internal database, and FileMaker
Order Processing & Logistics
- Coordinate shipment details, including customs documentation for international orders
- Enter purchase orders and create inventory parts
- Support internal order and inventory workflows
Office & Administrative Management
- Manage and triage the general company email inbox, delegating items as needed
- Act as light reception for a small office (minimal calls/visitors)
- Order office supplies, coordinate meals for company events, and handle logistics
HR & Employee Support
- Assist with employee onboarding tasks
- Support benefits administration and address employee questions
- Collaborate with the Senior Staff Accountant on payroll-related coordination
Culture & Team Engagement
- Organize company celebrations, outings, and internal events
- Be a visible, approachable presence within the office
